The University of Nairobi is holding an Annual Open Day from today Thursday and Friday, May 5-6, 2022
Open day is an opportunity for prospective students and guardians to interact with the University staff, learn more about the programmes offered from each faculty and their career paths.
There are webinars organized for the two days by all the faculties.
PRESENTATION ON REPRODUCTIVE DISORDERS INDUCED BY BITTER CASSAVA (Manihot esculenta) VARIETY IN FEMALE WISTAR RATS
Dr. Samuel Wafula presenting His thesis on Reproductive disorders induced by bitter Cassava (Manihot esculenta) variety in Female Wistar rats at the Department of Vet. Anatomy and Physiology Seminar room. The presentation was both online and physical. It was well attended from both platform most of them followed from the online stream.

HoD Prof. Makanya introduces the team from COSMOS LIMITED that treated the students with Lab coats, T-shirts, Diary books, pens and snacks. Coupled with motivational speeches from the team that were part of BVM students of UoN and had passed through this Department several years ago.
