Reference is made to the email below sent on January 13, 2021 in which all students whose SOMA na Telkom Data bundle SIM card stopped working were requested to get in touch with Customer care through the email customercare@uonbi.ac.ke or to call 020-491-0000. It has been noted that quite a number of students may have missed this communication. Consequently, their SIM cards remain inactive. I wish to advise all those whose SIM cards are inactive to kindly use the link below to input your data. Note that you will need to be logged on to your university email your-username@students.uonbi.ac.ke to access this form.
